Our office strives to provide quality, affordable eye care. Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards are welcome as forms of payment along with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash, and Check.

Routine Eye Examinations vs. Medical Eye Care

If you are coming in for a routine wellness exam, or to get a new prescription for glasses or contact lenses, you will be using routine eye exam benefits. Some medical plans such as Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare may have a routine vision benefit under your medical plan.

Most people will have a separate vision plan provider such as VSP or Spectera. If you are not sure if you have this benefit under your medical plan, or do not know who your vision provider is, please find out by calling your medical plan or HR department before calling our office so that we can more efficiently verify your eligibility.

If you are coming in for a medical eye visit (red eye, infection, floaters, dry eyes, allergy, etc.) this will be covered under your medical plan. Please have your medical or vision plan information with you when you call to schedule your appointment. Here are just some of the plans that we accept:
